  • Coupon discounts are applied based on the reward amount only.
    (※ Shipping fees and additional donations are excluded from the discount.)

  • Percentage-based coupons are also calculated using only the reward amount.

  • Only one coupon can be applied per project, and each coupon may have different usage conditions, so be sure to check before applying.

  • Coupons can only be used within the validity period specified for each coupon.

  • Expired coupons are automatically voided and cannot be restored.

  • Always check the expiration date before use.

  • If a project fails to reach its funding goal, payment will not be processed and the coupon will be automatically returned.

  • If the payment reservation is canceled by the supporter, the coupon will not be returned.

  • If the payment fails due to the supporter's responsibility (e.g., card error), the coupon will not be reissued.
