What to Do If the Maker Rejects Your Refund Request for Global Projects


After reviewing the reason for the refund rejection, if you determine that further communication is necessary, please contact the maker directly via the email provided on the project details page.

Refunds for funding are processed according to the refund criteria specified on the project page.

If the reason for your refund does not meet the criteria, the maker may reject your request.

For global projects, please note that refunds due to change of mind are not allowed. If a refund request is made based on a change of mind, the maker may reject it according to the project's policy.

Please also note that the determination of product defects is made by the maker, not wadiz.

If you believe the maker's reason for rejection is unfair, please contact them directly via email.

👉 How to Contact the Maker

  1. Log in to [My Wadiz]

  2. Go to [Funding History]

  3. Select the Project Name and check the Maker's via email.

  4. Contact the maker via email for any refund-related issues.
