π What is the Wadiz refund application process?
To request a refund on Wadiz, you must follow these steps:
- Log in to [My Wadiz]
- Go to [Funding History]
- Select the Project Name
- Choose Request Refund and select the refund reason
- Upload supporting documents if required
Refund requests can only be made within 7 days of receiving the reward. Make sure to check the refund policy for each project to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements.
π Can I request a refund after the refund application period has passed on Wadiz?
If the refund application period has passed, you can still submit an inquiry to the Help Center with a detailed explanation and supporting materials.
You will receive a response within 3 business days regarding the possibility of processing the refund.

Important Notes About Refunds on Wadiz
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the reward delivery date.
- If the refund request is made after the deadline, it can only be considered through an inquiry to the Help Center.
- For global projects, refunds due to a change of mind are not possible.
- If the reward is defective or damaged, a refund will be processed without shipping fees.
