Why can’t I see the "Request a Refund" button on wadiz?
The [Request a Refund] button is only available after the reward status is updated to "Delivered". If your reward status is still "Shipped", the button will not be visible.
✅ How to check your shipping status on wadiz
- Go to [My wadiz] → Check Shipping Status
- If your reward is marked as "Shipped", the refund button will not be visible.
- Once the status updates to ""Delivered", the button will be automatically activated.
📌 What if the shipping status is not updated?
If you have already received your reward but the status still shows "Shipped", please submit an inquiry through the wadiz Help Center.
📌 When submitting an inquiry, include the following details:
- Your nickname
- Payment number
- A detailed description of your request
