Why can’t I see the "Request a Refund" button on wadiz?

The [Request a Refund] button is only available after the reward status is updated to "Delivered". If your reward status is still "Shipped", the button will not be visible.

 

How to check your shipping status on wadiz

  1. Go to [My wadiz] → Check Shipping Status
  2.  If your reward is marked as "Shipped", the refund button will not be visible.
  3.  Once the status updates to ""Delivered", the button will be automatically activated.


📌 What if the shipping status is not updated?

If you have already received your reward but the status still shows "Shipped", please submit an inquiry through the wadiz Help Center.

 

📌 When submitting an inquiry, include the following details:

  • Your nickname
  • Payment number
  • A detailed description of your request
