   Expired coupons and points will automatically expire. However, in the case of refunds due to reward defects, coupons and points are reissued exceptionally.

In the case of a refund due to a defect in the reward, if you request a re-payment through the help center inquiry registration, you can check the supporter's funding participation and refund history before re-payment. 
   
    
3. Precautions for refund by simple change of mind 
   In the case of a refund due to a simple change of mind, please note that coupons and points that have already expired will not be repaid.
