How do I request an exchange if I received a different Reward than the one I funded?

If you received a different Reward than the one you funded or purchased, please request an exchange through [MyWadiz] within 7 days of delivery completion.

Exchange requests are difficult to process after 7 days from delivery completion. However, if you wish to communicate with the maker, please inquire through [Contact Maker] on the project page.
Please note that the Maker Inquiry is not a real-time chat channel, so the maker's response may be delayed.
If you do not receive a response from the maker, please forward your inquiry by registering an inquiry with the Wadiz Help Center, and we will quickly check and assist you.
