✅ How to apply for a Wadiz refund

You can apply for a refund directly from Maiwadiz.

 

 

  • Apply for refund after delivery

     
    • Upon receipt of the reward, if a different reward is found than a defect, indication, or advertisement, you can apply for a refund at MyWadiz within 7 days of delivery completion.

       
    • The results of your refund application will be available through MyWadiz within an average of seven days.

       
  • Apply for a refund upon receipt of a reward
     
    • You can apply for a refund directly from MyWadiz if you have not received the delivery even though the reward is scheduled to be sent.  

       
    • Refunds due to delay in delivery will be processed immediately after application, and cancellation of approval may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the card company.


  • If you need to communicate with the maker 

     

    • If there is a delay in the return of the reward, the refund process may be delayed. If you have any inquiries regarding the collection and refund of rewards, you can communicate through the maker's inquiry.

    • If you fail to apply for a refund within 7 days from the delivery date, you can receive an answer about the availability of a refund within an average of 1 business day by registering your inquiry.
       
    • If the maker's refund process is delayed, the refund will be automatically processed 7 business days after the refund application date.

    • Login → Maiwadiz → Funding+ → Participation details → Click on project name → Apply for refund → Select reason for application → Upload evidence file
