It has been 7 days since my order was delivered. How do I request a refund or exchange?

If 7 days have passed since the completion of the reward delivery, refund or exchange application through [MyWadiz] is not possible under the system. Regardless of the country of delivery, the official refund and exchange application must be completed within 7 days of delivery completion.

 

If you missed the refund application period due to unavoidable reasons, direct application through the system is not possible, so please attach the detailed reason and evidence through [Enquiry Registration]. We check the received inquiries and reply within an average of one business day.

 

 

⚠️ Precautions for supporters participating in global projects
 

🌐What is a global project? Among the projects posted by the maker, it refers to a project that has set up the countries where Rewards can be delivered, including South Korea and outside of South Korea.

 

If you participate in the global project and receive a reward from a country other than Korea, you cannot refund it by simple change of mind, so please be careful when applying.
