The refund/exchange request period has passed. Can I still make a request?

If seven days have passed since the completion of the Rewards delivery [My WIZ*ONE]Refund or exchange application through is not possible.

 

✅ Period for applying for a Wadiz refund

Regardless of the country of delivery, applications for refunds or exchanges through [Miwadiz] can be made within 7 days of delivery completion. 

If you are forced to miss the refund application period, please register your inquiry and submit it with detailed reasons and evidence. We can check the received content and reply to you within an average of one business day.
 

However, if you participate in a global project and receive a reward from a country other than Korea, a refund by simple change of mind is not possible.
 

※ A global project means a project that can be shipped outside of Korea.
