At Wadiz, you can get a refund due to a simple change of mind after receiving the reward. However, you must apply through [Maiwadiz] within 7 days from the delivery completion date, and supporters who participated in the global project and received rewards outside of Korea cannot simply change their mind.
🌐 What is a global project? Among the projects posted by the maker, it refers to a project that has set up the countries where Rewards can be delivered, including South Korea and outside of South Korea.
✅ Criteria for applying for a simple change of mind refund
1) If delivery destination is Korea → Refundable
Both funding and preorder projects can apply for refunds by simple change of mind.
Prior to Rewards Shipment: You can apply for a refund by canceling the payment after the final payment date until the maker registers the Rewards Shipment Information.
Rewards received: You can apply for a refund through [MyWadiz] within 7 days of the completion of the Rewards delivery. (However, in case of a simple change of mind refund, the return shipping fee will be borne by the supporter.)
2) If the delivery destination is outside of Korea (overseas), → Refund is not possible
If you participate in a global project and receive rewards outside of Korea, you cannot apply for a refund due to a simple change of mind due to international logistics costs and customs reasons.

If you meet the conditions and want to apply for a refund, please proceed with the registration through the channel below.
Log in to Wadiz and go to My Wadiz.
Click Funding+.
Click the participating project name to go to the details page.
Click Apply for Refund at the bottom of the page to select 'Simple Change' as the reason for the refund and create the content.
❌ Simple change of mind refund is restricted
Even within 7 days of delivery completion, simple change of mind refunds may be restricted in any of the following cases, subject to the Wadiz Terms and Refund Policy.
If the return/refund request due to simple change of mind of the supporter is 7 days after the receipt of the reward
Allowing refunds, such as rewards produced individually on order, would cause irreparable damage to the manufacturer and would explicitly notify the limitation of returns or exchanges when selling rewards (e.g., personalized rewards such as imprinted goods, seals, custom suits, etc.)
Where goods are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to supporters (excluding cases where packaging, etc. is damaged to confirm the contents of the reward)
The use of rewards or some consumption has reduced the value, etc
In the case of initiating and viewing reproducible rewards such as e-books, CDs, DVDs, software, etc
In the event that Wadiz proceeds with the cancellation or refund procedure due to the uncertainty of normal implementation due to advertising expenses, refund expenses, etc. resulting from the project exceeding the amount achieved
Reward returns are restricted by other laws and conditions
