How to Handle Quick Pay Password Input Errors

If you enter your quick pay password incorrectly more than 5 times on Wadiz, the message "Card authentication failed" will be displayed. In this case, you can resolve the error by deleting the existing quick pay information and re-registering. If you have forgotten your quick pay password or want to change it, please follow the steps below.

 

👉How to Change Quick Pay Information

  1. Wadiz Log in

  2. Go to [My Wadiz]

  3. Click [Quick Pay Settings] on the left menu

  4. Select [Change Quick Pay Information]

  • After registering for quick pay, if you do not know your quick pay password, you must delete the existing information and re-register.
  • Before registering for quick pay, if you cannot verify your card password, please contact your card company's customer center.
