✅ Wadiz Supporter Club Refund
If you haven't used the benefits, you can get a 100% refund if you cancel within 7 days of payment, and a 90% refund if you cancel after 7 days. If you have used the benefits, it is difficult to process the cancellation for that month.
If you apply for cancellation during the free trial, you can use it for free for the remaining period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. For members who are using a monthly membership service, the refund policy is as follows.
✅ Wadiz Supporter Club Refund Amount
- (Benefits not used) Cancellation request within 7 days from the payment date of the relevant cycle: Immediate cancellation and 100% refund of the fee
- (Benefits not used) Cancellation request after 7 days from the payment date of the relevant cycle: Immediate cancellation and 90% refund of the fee
- (Benefits used) Cancellation and refund are not possible for the current month. Your membership will be maintained until the next regular payment date after the cancellation request, and you will not be charged from the next payment date.
※ Note※
1. If you participate in a funding using a coupon and cancel or refund the payment, it is considered that you have not used the benefits.
2. If you cancel or refund the payment after applying for cancellation of the Supporter Club, you cannot check whether the benefits have been used, so you must apply for cancellation after canceling and refunding the payment.
