I received a refund due to a defect in my wadiz Rewards, but the coupon has disappeared. Can I get it reissued?

Wadiz coupons will automatically expire after their expiration date.

However, in the following cases, coupons can be reissued exceptionally.

• Refund due to delay in reward delivery
• Refund due to defect of reward

If the refund is due to the above reasons, the coupon can be reissued after checking through the customer center.

3. Check the expiration date of the coupon you used
4. Write the coupon name and details by registering the inquiry and receive it
