Can I apply for a partial refund?

You can request a partial refund for each reward. However, if one reward is missing some components or has some defects, a partial refund is not possible and only a full refund is possible for each reward.

 

  • If a reward is defective, different from its description, or does not match the advertised details, you can request a refund through My wadiz within 7 days of delivery completion.

  • If you miss the 7-day refund window, contact customer service, and you will receive a response within 2 business days on average.

  • If you have already used the delivered reward and want to exchange only the missing components, please contact the maker directly via email.

  • If you have difficulty communicating with the maker, submit an inquiry to the Help Center for assistance.

Example:
Super Early Bird Reward A and Super Early Bird Reward B can each be refunded individually.
