✅ Why the Wadiz Refund Request button is not active
The Apply for Refund button will only be activated after the Rewards status has been changed to "Delivery Completed".
✅ How to check delivery status
- [My Wadiz] → Check the shipping status
- If the reward is displayed as "Delivery in progress", the Apply for Refund button is not visible.
- The button is automatically activated when updated to "Delivery Completed".
- What if the shipping status is not updated?
If you have already received the reward but it says "in shipping", please [register inquiry]. If you write down your nickname, payment number, and request in detail, we will check with the maker and reply to you within an average of 1 business day. Please enter the correct information for quick processing.
