I can't see the wadiz refund request button. How do I fix this?

✅ Why the Wadiz Refund Request button is not active

The Apply for Refund button will only be activated after the Rewards status has been changed to "Delivery Completed".
 

 

✅ How to check delivery status 

  1. [My Wadiz] → Check the shipping status
    1. If the reward is displayed as "Delivery in progress", the Apply for Refund button is not visible.
    2. The button is automatically activated when updated to "Delivery Completed".

       
  2. What if the shipping status is not updated? 

    If you have already received the reward but it says "in shipping", please [register inquiry]. If you write down your nickname, payment number, and request in detail, we will check with the maker and reply to you within an average of 1 business day. Please enter the correct information for quick processing.
