When collecting Wa-Shipping products, the supporter cannot process individual shipments. Instead, Wadiz uses a designated courier company to collect the products directly.
When a supporter's request is received, the collection will be processed within 2 business days, and the courier will contact you in advance before visiting. Please pack the product so that no components of the product to be collected are missing and hand it over to the driver.
