How are Rewards shipment handled?

After you actually send the reward, please register the invoice (sending information) immediately in the maker studio [sending/refund management]. If the unregistered status is prolonged, the supporter can proceed with the cancellation of the payment.

 

 

✅ How to register shipping information 

  1. Go to the maker studio access → [Send/Refund Management].

  2. Enter the information you actually sent.

  3. If the quantity is large, it is also possible to process a batch shipment that can upload up to 300 cases at once. At this time, please upload the template format (courier, invoice number, etc.). 
  4. It is necessary to check if there is an error row after uploading. 

 

📌 Precautions 

  • Registration of a provisional invoice (arbitrary registration in actual unsent state) may result in an error. Please register the information after the actual shipment is completed.

  • If you do not register the invoice immediately after sending the reward, the supporter may attempt to cancel the payment in the meantime.

  • The incorrectly entered invoice can be re-registered after initialization before the final settlement, but the settlement may be delayed due to the recalculation of the refund application period.
