Guide to Revamping the Wadiz Help Center (24. 04. 16)

Hello, this is Wadiz.

The Help Center has been revamped to provide Supporters and Makers with more expanded services and helpful assistance.

Please refer to the information below for details.

  • Revamp Details

    • The FAQ UI has been revamped to deliver information tailored to user types intuitively.
      Instead of the existing simple maker, supporter, and Let's button format, sub-tabs are created for each user type to make it easier to find the information you want.

    • The Wadiz 'Go to' button has been added to make it easier to navigate within the site.
      Selecting the Wadiz logo in the upper left corner will take you directly to the 'Help Center' main page, and the 'Wadiz Home' button has been added on the right for faster access.

    • 'Notice' has been added to conveniently check the basic information and event notifications of the Wadiz Help Center.
      You can check the counseling hours and important notices.

    • The 'Inquiry' and 'Send Cheer' functions have been updated for more convenient use.
      'Inquiry' has been added to the bottom of the main home page so you can easily contact the CS center.
      You can send cheers and opinions to the Help Center through 'Send Cheer'.

    • You can check the 'Transparency Report' in the Help Center, which transparently provides the results of collecting and reflecting your valuable opinions.
