Wadiz Customer Center accepts inquiries through real-time chat counseling and help center inquiry registration. 

The chat consultation is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. Outside of customer center operating hours, you can receive an answer within an average of one business day by registering for help center inquiries.

In addition to the opening hours of the customer center, inquiries can be received 24 hours a day through the help center.

You can receive an answer within an average of one business day, so if you want to receive an inquiry quickly, please use the help center.
