Can I cancel an ad or change it to another ad after paying for a Wadiz Ad?

If you need to cancel or change an ad after paying for a Wadiz Ad, please contact us through Inquiry Registration in the Help Center following the procedure below.

 

✅ To change an ad, you must cancel the existing ad and reapply yourself.

Changing ads on Wadiz is not a method of modifying an existing ad, but a process in which the maker cancels the existing ad and then directly applies for a new ad.

Even if you cancel an existing ad, it will not automatically be converted to another ad, so if you need to change it, you must apply for a new ad.

 

✅ Information required when registering an inquiry with the Help Center

When requesting cancellation or change of an ad, please include the following information:

  • Ad Product Name
  • Ad Date
  • Project Number
  • Reason for cancellation or change

Please submit the above information through Inquiry Registration in the Help Center.

Inquiries received after Customer Center operating hours will be processed sequentially on the next business day.

 

 

✅ Ad refunds are subject to Wadiz Ad operating policy standards.

Ad cancellations and refunds are processed based on [Article 6 of the Ad Center Operating Policy, Regulations on Ad Cancellation and Refunds], and the operating policy is subject to change depending on internal circumstances.
