You can cancel a project. However, a penalty may be applied according to the terms and conditions.
✅ Requesting Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project after it has been made public, you must submit a request to the Wadiz Help Center.
- If you cancel a project that is scheduled to open or has already started funding, a penalty may be applied according to internal regulations.
- If you must cancel a project, please provide the project number, maker name, and detailed reason for cancellation when submitting your request to the Help Center.
✅ Project Cancellation Procedure
After submitting a request to the Help Center, you will receive an email with instructions on the project cancellation procedure within an average of 2 business days.

Please review the email and follow the instructions provided.
- Once the project cancellation is confirmed, you must notify supporters of the cancellation through an update.
- If the update is not posted, the project cannot be canceled.
- Once the update is confirmed, a Wadiz representative will send you an email with information about the penalty and further instructions on the project cancellation procedure.
- After reviewing the email and following the instructions, the project cancellation will be finalized.
✅ Important Notes on Project Cancellation
Once a project is canceled, the same project number cannot be reused. If you wish to proceed with the same content, you must create a new project.
