How do I request an exchange or refund for a gift received through Wadiz Gift?

 

✅ Wadiz Gift Refund/Exchange

The person who sent the gift (sender) can apply in MyWadiz within 7 days of delivery completion.

After logging in to Wadiz, go to MyWadiz > Store > My Purchases, click the project name, and click the [Request Return] or [Request Exchange] button to apply. However, this button is only visible after delivery is complete.

The person who received the gift (recipient) cannot check the gifted product in MyWadiz.

If 7 days have passed since delivery completion, please submit an inquiry through the Wadiz Help Center inquiry registration, and we will check the details and inform you whether an exchange or refund is possible.

In the case of a refund or exchange due to a simple change of mind, a separate shipping fee may be charged, and in the case of a refund or exchange due to a defect, no shipping fee will be charged.

 

  • Delivery completion date +7 days : MyWadiz > Store > My Purchases > Click project name > Request Return or Request Exchange
  • Delivery completion date +7 days later : Wadiz Help Center inquiry registration
