Wadiz Customer Center telephone consultation service (1661-9056) will be changed to 'telephone reservation consultation service'.

1. What is a telephone reservation consultation service?

The telephone reservation counseling service is a service that allows customers to receive counseling within an hour when applying for a telephone consultation reservation.

 

 

2. How to use it

If you want to use the telephone reservation consultation service, please proceed with the procedure below. 

  1. Call 1661-9056.
  2. Please press the reservation number (2) for telephone consultation. 
  3. Please press the appropriate number for the contact type: 'Supporter (No. 1)' or 'Maker (No. 2). 
  4. Please select the type of inquiry. For example, for supporters club membership inquiries, please press 'Membership Inquiry (No. 3). 
  5. If you hear a "beep," please leave a voice message for the details. For example, say, "I want to join a supporter club." 
  6. Please leave your contact number. 
  7. Check your saved mobile phone number, press 1 if correct, and press 2 if you want to type again. 
  8. The processing of the phone call appointment will be completed. 

*In the case of a consultation reservation, the counselor will check and contact you sequentially, and if the reservation volume is large, it may be delayed. 

 

 

3. What's different from the past?

With the change from the existing immediate telephone consultation service to the telephone consultation reservation system, Wadiz Customer Center telephone consultation service (1661-9056) will be provided as a "telephone reservation consultation service" in the future.
