Guidance on Normalization of Wadiz CS center Phone Consultation Service (2024.09.26)

Hello, this is Wadiz.

 

The Wadiz CS center phone consultation service failure that occurred from 3:30 PM on September 23, 2024 (Mon) has been
resolved on September 26, 2024 (Thu), and we are informing you that the phone consultation service is currently operating normally. 

  • Period of failure : September 23, 2024 (Mon) 15:30 ~ September 26, 2024 (Thu) 05:52
  • Reason for occurrence: Inability to use the phone function due to a communication function failure of the CS center solution company used by Wadiz 

We will contact the supporters and makers who have applied for phone consultation reservations sequentially during business hours.
