How are supporter inquiries for global projects handled?

When conducting a global project, supporter inquiries are basically received through the maker's email.

The maker must respond directly to the supporter's email inquiry. 

If a supporter's inquiry is received by the Wadiz CS center, the CS center will respond to inquiries that can be answered immediately, and for matters requiring maker confirmation, such as shipping schedules, refunds, and reward details, the CS center will confirm with the maker and then respond.

 

 

✅ Supporter inquiries are received through the maker's email. 

  • Supporters basically make inquiries through the maker's email, and the maker must check the email and respond directly. 

  • For smooth communication with overseas supporters, it is recommended to reply in the appropriate language. 

  • If a situation arises where reward shipping is not possible or communication with a large number of supporters is required, please contact the Wadiz CS center and we will cooperate with the maker to quickly respond and support problem solving. 



✅ If an inquiry comes to the Wadiz CS center, 

  • If a supporter sends an email inquiry to the Wadiz CS center, the CS center will provide the first response.

  • For matters requiring maker confirmation, such as shipping, refunds, and reward specs, the CS center will contact the maker, confirm the details, and then respond.
