Wadiz offers a "Global Delivery Agency Service" to ensure that the maker's rewards are communicated seamlessly to supporters around the world. Currently, the countries available for service are the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, and Singapore.

Wadiz takes care of complex overseas delivery procedures, customs clearance issues, and communication with logistics companies so that makers can focus on product manufacturing. 

This allows supporters to receive rewards safely and accurately. 

 

 

✅ When and how to apply for global delivery agency service 
 

  • When to apply: Within 5 business days from the start of the project to the end of the project (recommended to apply at the beginning of the project)
     
  • How to apply: If you register through [Apply Link], Wadiz Purchasing Logistics Team will provide 1:1 customized guidance within an average of 3 business days. 
     
  • Preparation for application 

    • MSDS (Material Safety and Health Data): For rewards that require overseas delivery, MSDS required by some countries must be prepared in advance. (Including MSDS documents required in the application form)

Q. Do you need country-specific certification? 

 

In most cases, overseas certification is not essential as overseas supporters participate in funding for their own use purposes.
However, depending on the type of reward, customs clearance may not be possible if there is no certification for each country in the United States, Japan, and Taiwan.
Therefore, when applying for global delivery agency service, Wadiz and professional delivery companies will review whether certification is necessary and inform you of the results.

Q. Is it possible to declare exports? 

Wadiz's global delivery agency service is carried out by list customs. Therefore, export declaration is not possible. 
List customs clearance is a simple customs clearance method in which individuals bring in goods from abroad for their own use, and allows simple customs clearance without complicated paperwork.
Tariffs may be exempted if they are below a certain amount, so the cost burden is low. 
If you need an export performance recognition or an export report certificate, please contact us separately when applying.

 

 
Q. Who will pay for the government VAT?


The U.S., Japan, and Taiwan have different government-tax policies.

If you apply for the service when opening the project, we will check whether government VAT has occurred and include it in the delivery cost when it occurs.

Q. What are the customs documents?
 

Customs clearance documents are important documents needed when shipping rewards abroad.
The main customs documents are as follows.
 

  • MSDS (Material Safety and Health Data): If MSDS is required by customs in the exporting country, Wadiz will submit MSDS provided by the maker for customs clearance.
     
  • Country of Origin Information (including factory name): When customs requests country of origin and manufacturing plant information, Wadiz submits the country of origin information obtained in advance to proceed with customs clearance.
     
  • Non-submission of documents: If the documents required for customs clearance have not been submitted in advance, Wadiz may request you to submit the relevant documents.

All of these documents are essential to facilitate the customs clearance process, and faster and more efficient delivery is possible if prepared in advance when applying for service.

 

 

Q. How will the cost be settled?

The Wadiz Global Shipping Agency Service's cost settlement consists of two main items.
 

  • Shipping agent fee: Delivery agent fee will be deducted when settling the project. This amount is a basic fee incurred when using the service, and may vary depending on the promotion price and normal price.
     
  • Overseas Shipping Actual Cost: After the overseas shipment is completed, the invoice and tax invoice will be sent to the maker by email within two weeks. Actual expenses will be settled including international shipping and other expenses.

 

 

Q. What do I do if I can't deliver it due to an error in the supporter's delivery address?

If there is an error in the delivery destination information provided by the supporter, Wadiz will check the correct address with the supporter to help the delivery proceed smoothly.

 

 

Q. How can I be compensated if my rewards are damaged or lost during shipping?

If the reward is damaged or lost during delivery, the compensation will be made up to 500,000 won per package unit if the carrier proves to be faulted.
