Where can I check the details of my inquiry to Customer Service?

You can check the inquiry details registered as a customer center on the inquiry history page.

If you log in and go to the inquiry history inquiry page, you can check the processing status and answers of the inquiries you received.

 

✅ How to check customer center contact details

  1. Log in with your Wadiz account.

  2. Go to the inquiry history page.

  3. Click the title of the inquiry you want to check in the list.

  4. You can check the customer center's answers and the status of the inquiry processing on the detailed page.
    The status of the inquiry is displayed as Accepted, Processed, Completed, and so on.
     

✅ When can I check the customer center's answer?

Customer center answers are registered within an average of one business day.
Once the answer to your inquiry is registered, an email and Kakao Talk notification will be sent together.

If the inquiry you remember receiving is not visible on the inquiry history page, please check the following first.
Inquiries can only be viewed on the basis of the account used at the time of registration.

  • Is the account currently logged in the same as the account used at the time of the inquiry

  • You are not logged in with another email account or a social login account
