✅When will the global supporter's reservation payment test be paid?
When global supporters participate in the project, the test payment will be executed when they make a reservation payment using the Credit/Debit card (Paylater).
Applicable to: Credit/Debit card (Paylater) reservation payment
Excluded: Pay now
Test Payment Amount: 50 Cent
※ Because the card information is not stored when making a reservation payment, the test payment may proceed with each participation in the reservation payment.
✅Can I actually pay 50 cents for the test?
If the test payment is successful, 50 cents will be refunded automatically.
The timing of reflecting the refund may be immediately reflected or may take a certain period of time depending on the card company's policy.
✅What happens if the test payment fails?
If the test payment fails, the card has not been validated.
In this case, an email will be sent to inform you of the change of payment method.
Please follow the email information and change it to a paymentable card so that the reservation payment can proceed normally.
