#TRUST & SAFETY · Vol. 01 · April 2026
From pre-approval to end-to-end AI monitoring. We share our 13-day journey to build platform trust.
On April 13, a new monitoring system went live
Abolition of pre-approval → Transition to end-to-end AI monitoring
Effective April 13, 2026, wadiz has abolished the pre-approval (review) process and transitioned to a full-process AI monitoring system that combines AI-based real-time monitoring with operator review. Starting on this date, makers can launch their projects immediately on the same day without waiting for approval. At the same time, the Maker Terms of Service were revised to establish standards for the authenticity of registration information, verification obligations, and the appropriateness of advertising content.
| BEFORE Pre-approval | AFTER Full-Process AI Monitoring | |
| Verification Point | One review before publication | Ongoing monitoring after publication |
| Key Methods | Manual review by operators | AI-powered automatic detection + operator review |
| Response Method | Rejection or request for revision prior to publication | Proactive Detection → Explanation / Hiding / Suspension |
| Maker Terms of Service | Reliance on Platform Pre-screening | Revision of Terms of Service and Operating Policies |
| Scope of Response | Focus on items prior to publication | Advertising, Legal Compliance, and Overall Operating Policies |
wadiz’s scope of management is expanding. The verification process, which was previously concentrated before launch, has been expanded to cover the entire period from launch through operation. The combination of the revised Maker Terms of Service and continuous AI monitoring helps maintain platform trust throughout the entire funding process.
How We Monitor
We analyze detailed content, Rewards, and Community reactions in real time and respond accordingly at each stage.
-
False or exaggerated advertising claims
Unsubstantiated claims of efficacy or results; specifications that differ from the facts -
Cautionary Statements Under Relevant Laws
Expressions related to standards under laws such as the Food Sanitation Act and the Labeling and Advertising Act -
Potential infringement of intellectual property rights
Unauthorized use of third-party brands; suspected plagiarism of designs and content -
Expressions that may be mistaken for investment or financial planningadvice
Expressions that mislead supporters, such as guarantees of profit or implied performance -
Violations of operating policies
Potential violations of wadiz maker’s Terms of Service and general operating policies
The AI monitoring system automatically detects risks by monitoring the details of funding projects, Rewards, and community reactions in real time. It assesses the severity of issues based on wadiz policies and responds in a phased manner.
April 13–25 Operational Data
The figures below are updated every Monday with the latest data · Next update: May 4, 2026
While AI monitoring automatically scans the entire platform, the reporting feature quickly brings specific issues arising during actual use to light.
| Types of Action | Number of Cases | Content |
| Request for Maker Verification | 114 cases | Request for the maker to submit or verify materials regarding matters requiring clarification |
| Non-disclosure measures | 43 cases | Temporarily hide projects with a high likelihood of violation (may be republished after corrections) |
| Project suspension | Currently being tallied | Project suspension upon confirmation of a serious violation of operating policies |
Here’s how we addressed them
Here are two representative cases where we took non-display or suspension actions based on our operating policies during this reporting period
The Purpose of Case Disclosure: These examples share the actual process—from detection to action—so that both makers and supporters can clearly understand wadiz’s operational standards. No identifying information regarding individual projects is included.
Supporters’ voices are heard faster and more accurately
Along with this system transition, wadiz has comprehensively enhanced the supporter reporting process. We transparently share every step—from receipt to resolution—with both makers and supporters.
All received reports are processed according to consistent standards following the procedure below.
Three New Features Introduced This Time

Monitoring begins immediately upon publication
We closely monitor the entire process, from the moment a project is published until its conclusion
Pre-screening has traditionally served to verify basic requirements and the appropriateness of content before publication. Full-process AI monitoring goes a step further, continuously covering the entire operational period after publication—including phases where advertising messages change, Rewards details are modified, or new issues arise in the Community—throughout the funding campaign.

This is how we will build trust moving forward
We will gradually enhance our real-time monitoring system and transparently disclose our operational status on a weekly basis.
