03 · Key issues this week — Cases of unauthorized use of artist IP / misrepresentation in the manufacturing country of Rewards

We share a case of consumer misconceptions due to the unauthorized use of the Rewards manufacturing country misrepresentation and artist IP.

1. Report of false information from the manufacturing country of Rewards
Details of report
In the reward information, the country of manufacture was marked as Korea, but the product actually received was marked Made\n in China, so a consumer report was received for false labeling of the country of manufacture.
Details of confirmation
As a result of checking, the lens is made in Korea / the frame is made in China.\n According to the product labeling standard, the country of manufacture should be marked as 'China'.Accordingly, we have provided information on the contents related to supporters by revising the notification of rewards information\n and writing new news.

Information related to Adist's use of IP in the project story and trademark usage\n has not been confirmed, and a report has been filed due to the creation of false information related to the official fan cafe.
Details of confirmation
\n Fact-checking is currently underway for the contract and rights relationship regarding the use of artist images and names in the project, and the project will proceed normally upon confirmation of the license.
