Here are some representative examples of issues that wadiz detected and corrected before supporters encountered them this week.

CASE 01: Example of an Advertisement for Similar Investment Advisory Services
Investment / Capital Markets Act ( Not Disclosed)

01 · Detection

AI Monitoring

AI monitoring has identified a project that appears to provide investment advice or stock analysis to the general public.

02 · Review

Operator Review

We reviewed whether providing information to assist with investment decisions in exchange for compensation constitutes “quasi-investment advisory services” under the Capital Markets Act.

03 · Action

Project Removal

As we determined there was a potential violation, we immediately removed the project from view before it was displayed to supporters.

CASE 01 Detailed Case
Although it was marketed as an analysis tool, the service structure constituted quasi-investment advisory.
A project promoted a service that provided stock analysis and investment decision-making information to the general public in exchange for Rewards. Providing information equivalent to investment advice for a fee may constitute “quasi-investment advisory services” under the Capital Markets Act, requiring compliance with legal standards such as licensing and reporting requirements. wadiz detected this issue through monitoring before the project was exposed to supporters, determined that it posed a potential violation, and immediately removed the project from view.

02 · Key Issues This Week

These are cases where we took action following post-launch monitoring after the projects went live.

“Earn 100 million won a month just by doing this?” — A case of promotion that implied guaranteed returns
Confirmed Comments
Through post-launch monitoring, we identified a project that prominently featured high returns—such as “Verified 100 million won per month” and “500 million won per year”—and used participants’ experiences in its advertisements to promote the idea that everyone could achieve the same returns. Although there was a small disclaimer at the bottom stating, “This is an individual’s experience and does not guarantee returns,” the advertisement as a whole effectively gave the impression that returns were guaranteed.
Verification & Action
Expressions that seem to assert or guarantee specific earnings may constitute false or exaggerated advertising under the Act on the Regulation of Display Advertising. wadiz requested that the maker revise these expressions, and the maker has completed the changes.

“X-cool sensation?” — A case where an expression considered vulgar was used in an ad
Confirmed Comments
Through post-campaign monitoring, we confirmed that the phrase “Crazy cooling sensation the moment it touches your skin” was used in the project’s promotional images. Although not a direct swear word, the term “crazy” can be perceived as vulgar depending on the context, and thus had the potential to violate our operating policy’s standards regarding the use of profanity and vulgar language.
Verification & Action
Wadiz determined that the expression could be offensive to supporters and requested that the phrase be revised to a non-vulgar alternative, such as “Powerful cooling sensation the moment it touches your skin.” The maker has completed the revision.

Directions for Operational Improvements
Wadiz will continue to closely monitor advertising language through post-launch monitoring even after a project goes live. We will promptly request corrections and take corrective action as soon as we identify expressions that imply or guarantee profits, or vulgar or provocative language that may cause discomfort to supporters.

03 · This Week’s Operational Summary

This week, we thoroughly reviewed not only AI monitoring but also all reported issues and supporter comments.

1
Status of AI Monitoring Measures
We monitored 252 projects, of which 39 resulted in requests for corrections from makers and 4 were hidden.
2
We conducted post-publication monitoring and took appropriate action
We requested corrections to advertising claims that prominently featured high returns in a way that implied guaranteed profits, and we guided creators to replace advertising phrases that could be considered vulgar—such as “crazy”—with more appropriate language, and these changes have been implemented.
3
We’ll be reviewing things first thing next week
The next Transparency Report is scheduled to be published on July 13, 2026. wadiz will continue to disclose its operational status and key examples of corrective actions, and we will maintain an environment where supporters can participate with confidence.
