Can I change the Rewards options?

If the shipping status is 'Not Shipped', you can change the Rewards option.

However, it is not possible to change the reward itself to another reward or change the quantity.

If you want to change the rewards, you must cancel the existing participation and then rejoin.

 

 

How do I change the ✅ rewards option?

If the shipping status is 'Not Shipped', you can change the option in the route below.

 

How to Change Rewards Options

  1. Wadiz Log In
  2. MyWadiz > Funding+ > Participation Details
  3. Select a project to change its options
  4. Click Change Options
  5. Change to the option you want

 

 

What if the ✅ rewards have already been sent?

If the rewards have already been sent, you cannot change the options directly in MyWadiz.

If you need to change your options, please check [Contact the Maker] on the project details page to see if you can change it.

However, it may be difficult to change the option depending on the progress of the delivery, and if it is necessary to re-send the reward after collecting it, it should be conducted in direct consultation with the maker.

※ If you have participated in a global project, changing options through MyWadiz is not supported.
