wadiz Reporting Process | How Reports Are Handled

✅ wadiz Reporting Procedure

At wadiz, we are committed to handling supporter reports quickly and transparently to maintain a fair platform.

Once a report is submitted, it undergoes the following review and action process:

1. Report Eligibility Review

  • When a report is submitted, wadiz reviews the report criteria and content.

  • If mandatory information is missing or false information is provided, the report may be invalid.

  • If additional evidence is required, we may request further documentation.

2. Verification Process

  • If the report meets the requirements, the issue may be publicly shared via a project update.

  • The reported party (Maker) will be notified and asked to provide an explanation within three (3) business days via a project update.

  • If the Maker cannot respond through a public update, they can submit supporting evidence directly to wadiz.

  • Reports related to community policy violations will be processed according to wadiz guidelines.

3. Follow-Up Actions

Based on the report details and the Maker’s response, the following actions may be taken:

  •  Project-Related Actions

    • Temporary suspension or extension of the project period
    • Project cancellation and refund processing

  • Post & Account Actions

    • Deletion of posts or restriction of account usage
    • Request for a formal commitment to proceed under specific conditions

4. Public Announcements

  • If the report meets the criteria or leads to a dispute, wadiz may publish an update regarding the report status.

  • If the reporter submits supporting evidence, relevant details may also be included in the announcement.
