💡If you connect from overseas, if you connect from a country other than Korea, the supporters club coupons, store coupons, and maker booster coupons will not be displayed on the coupon receipt list and will be restricted from being issued.
✅ How to use Wadiz Coupons
If you select the coupon you have during the payment phase, the discount amount will be automatically applied.
✅ Criteria and precautions for applying coupons
- Coupon discounts will be applied based on the amount of rewards. (Excluding shipping costs and additional donations)
- A flat rate coupon calculates a discount rate based on the reward amount.
- Only one coupon can be used for one project. (Duplex not available)
- Each coupon may have different conditions of use, such as the minimum payment amount and application target, so make sure to check before using it.
✅ Expiration date of Wadiz coupon
- The coupon is only available within the set expiration date.
- It automatically disappears after the expiration date, and subsequent recovery is not possible.
- Make sure to check the expiration date before using it.
✅ Coupon Return and Extinction Criteria
- If you fail to fund a project or cancel a payment reservation, the coupon you used will be returned.
- However, if the coupon expires at the time of return, it will automatically expire.
- If the payment fails due to a supporter's fault, such as a card error, the used coupon will not be returned.
