When is the Wadiz Supporter Club payment processed?

  • Free Trial Period : The first 3 months are provided as a free trial when you sign up for the Supporter Club.

  • Recurring Payment: The first recurring payment is made automatically when the free trial period expires.

    • After the first payment date, regular payments are automatically processed every month based on the day after the payment date.
    • After the free trial period ends, automatic payment will be processed with the registered card, and you will receive a prior notification one week before the payment. Supporter Club fees can only be paid with a registered card, and the payment card can be changed at any time.

 

  • Payment Date Examples
    • First sign-up for Supporter Club on March 30 → Next payment date is June 30 (free trial expiration date)
    • Supporter Club regular payment date on February 28 → Next regular payment date is March 28

  • How to check the Supporter Club regular payment date

    Wadiz Login → My Wadiz → Click the [Supporter Club] tab in the left menu → Payment Information [Details]
