It is difficult to change order information after purchasing a store product, so please cancel the order and repurchase.
If the maker has already processed the shipment after confirming the order information, you cannot cancel the order. If the status is "Waiting for delivery" or "In transit", you need to check the maker information and communicate with the maker. If communication with the maker is not smooth, please contact the Wadiz Help Center by registering an inquiry, and we will quickly check and respond.
You can check the maker's contact information by clicking on the maker's name on the right side of the store details page and clicking on the [Maker info] tab.
