How do I cancel a Store product order?

 

The cancellation method for products ordered from the Wadiz Store differs depending on the order status.
You can cancel directly during the product preparation stage, but cancellation is not possible after the shipping preparation stage.

✔ [Product Preparing] stage → You can cancel the order directly in My wadiz
✔ [Preparing for Shipping] [In Transit] stage → Direct cancellation is not possible, refund application is required after receiving the product

1. How to cancel an order in the [Product Preparing] stage

  • You can cancel directly in My wadiz
     
  • Order cancellation path 
    • Log in → My wadiz → Store → My Purchases → Project Details → Cancel Order 

 

2. How to cancel an order after the [Preparing for Shipping] stage

  • Direct cancellation is not possible in My wadiz, refund application is possible after receiving the product 

  • Refund application path
    • Log in → My wadiz → Store → My Purchases → Project Details → Apply for Refund
