  • The maker covers the return shipping cost.
  • The full payment made by the supporter is refunded.
  • If coupons or points were used, the amount spent on them will be deducted from the refund.

2. Refund Due to Non-Delivery or Late Delivery

  • The maker is responsible for the return shipping cost if the reward is not delivered or if there is an issue with the delivery.
  • The full payment made by the supporter is refunded.

3. Refund Due to Change of Mind

  • Refunds due to a change of mind are not possible for global projects.

  • Return shipping costs are not applicable for change of mind requests, as these refunds are not available for global projects.
