Q. Is the free experience of the supporter club available to anyone?
A. Supporters who join the supporters club for the first time can use it for free for three months.
Q. How can I join the supporters club?
A. Supporters clubs can easily join the Wadiz app or the web (PC/mobile).

Q. Can I cancel it during the supporters club discount period?
A. Yes, you can cancel it at any time during the discount period. If you apply for cancellation before the next payment is made, the supporters club service will automatically end when the discount application period expires. (However, if you apply for cancellation without using the supporters club benefits, it will be terminated immediately.)
Q. When will the supporters club fee be paid?
A. It will be paid regularly every month on the date of joining the supporter club. Automatic payment is made with the registered simple payment method.
The supporters club fee can only be paid with a registered card, and the payment card can be changed at any time.
Q. I didn't use it after paying the supporters club fee, can I get a refund?
A. 100% refund is possible within 7 days of joining the supporter club, and 90% refund is possible after 7 days.
A month after the membership payment, a refund is not possible regardless of whether the benefits are used or not.
