When processing a refund for a Wadiz Fast Shipping product, how should I send the product?

If a refund or exchange is required for a Wadiz Fast Shipping product, the supporter cannot process the individual shipment, and Wadiz will directly handle the return.

 

In the case of Wadiz Fast Shipping products, Wadiz will handle the return using the designated courier service. If the supporter applies for a refund or exchange through MyWadiz, we will check the application details and proceed with the return application to the delivery address where the supporter received the product.

The return will be processed within 2 business days after the supporter's application is received, and the courier will contact you in advance before visiting, so please pack the product that needs to be refunded or exchanged without missing any components and hand it over to the courier.

We will help you with the refund/exchange process once the product return is confirmed.
