Wa-Delivery products have different payment cancellation methods depending on the order status.
Please check the cancellation procedure before and after receiving the product.
✅ How to cancel Wa-Delivery payment
1. Canceling before receiving the product
✔ What if the status is "Preparing Product"?
- You can cancel the order directly in MyWadiz
- Order cancellation path: Log in → MyWadiz → Store → My Purchases → Project Name → Cancel Order
✔ What if the status is "Preparing for Shipping"?
- Direct cancellation is not possible, you need to register an inquiry with the Wadiz Help Center
- When registering an inquiry with the Wadiz Help Center, please provide your order number, supporter name, and request, and we will check whether the order can be canceled and provide you with an answer.
2. If you want to return the product after receiving it
✔ What if it is within 7 days of receiving the product?
- You can apply for a refund directly in MyWadiz
- Refund application path: Log in → MyWadiz → Store → My Purchases → Project Name → Apply for Refund → Write Reason for Application
✔ What if it is after 7 days of receiving the product?
- Direct cancellation is not possible, you need to register an inquiry with the Wadiz Help Center
- When registering an inquiry with the Wadiz Help Center, please provide your order number, supporter name, and request, and we will check whether the order can be canceled and provide you with an answer.
