If you want to exchange a product to change the option after receiving the product, please apply for an exchange through [MyWadiz] within 7 days of delivery completion. After checking the stock of the product, we can inform you whether the exchange is possible.
We can provide guidance on whether an exchange is possible within an average of 2 business days from the date of receipt of the exchange request. If the product is in stock, we can proceed with the exchange, but please note that if the product is out of stock, a refund may be processed instead of an exchange.
