Wa-Delivery products are, in principle, shipped on the same day if ordered before 4 PM on weekdays. However, in some situations, shipping may be delayed, or problems may occur during delivery.

✔ What if the product hasn't been shipped after payment is completed?
If it has been more than 2 business days and the status is still "Preparing for Shipment", please contact the Wadiz CS center.
✔ Is it possible to cancel an order while it is in the product preparation status?
You can cancel the order directly in MyWadiz.
✔ Is it possible to cancel an order while it is in the preparing for shipment status?
Direct cancellation is not possible. Please contact the Wadiz Help Center, and we will check and provide guidance.
✅ Lost Wa-Delivery Product
✔ What if the product is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived?
Please double-check in front of your door, at the security office, and in the parcel storage box, and then report the loss to the courier company first.
✔ After reporting the loss, please submit it through Inquiry registration in the Wadiz Help Center.
Please include your supporter name and order number and write your request in detail. We will check the contents and reply quickly.
