What if my Wa-Shipping product is delivered after the payment is canceled?

If you provide the details through the Wadiz Help Center, we will quickly proceed with the collection process for the delivered product.


✅ How to handle products delivered after Wa-Shipping order cancellation

  1. If you receive the product after canceling the payment

    If the product is delivered even though the payment cancellation for the Wa-Shipping product has been completed, you can quickly retrieve the product by registering an inquiry at Wadiz Help Center.



  2. How to register an inquiry
     
    1. Please provide your order number, supporter name, and inquiry details accurately.

    2. After confirming the received details, Wadiz will quickly proceed with the product collection process. 


  3. How to check order history 

    1. After logging in, access MyWadiz.

    2. Store → My Purchase → Check the order history in Project Details. 



  4. Precautions 
    Before registering an inquiry, be sure to check in MyWadiz whether the order is in a payment cancellation state before submitting.
