Crowdfunding refers to a method in which a person who needs funds raises money from an unspecified large number of people through an intermediary platform for a set period of time.
A Maker is a person who creates a project to receive funding and provides products or services in return.
A person who funds a Maker’s project and receives a reward is called a Supporter.
To run a funding campaign, the Maker must create a page that outlines the promises made to Supporters. This is called a Project.
As a token of appreciation, the Maker provides products or services to Supporters who participate in the funding. This is called a Reward.
