Can anyone become a maker?

At Wadiz, both Korean and global makers can open projects.

However, the conditions vary depending on the type of maker and how the project is carried out.

✅ Conditions for opening Korean maker project

If you are a Korean maker, any individual, private business, or corporate business can proceed with the project.

  • Funding project: Individuals, individual businesses, and corporate businesses can all proceed.
  • Free order/store project: Only business operators (individual business operators or corporate business operators) can proceed, and cannot be opened with individual qualifications.

Minors cannot open a project in their personal capacity. However, if you are qualified as an individual business operator or a corporate business operator, you can proceed. Exceptionally, individual minors can also participate if it is sponsorship funding for personal self-realization or social value realization.

✅ Conditions for opening a global maker project

Only corporations/individual businesses with business registration certificates in the following countries may become wadiz makers.

  • If you have a business license in the United States, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, Singapore, Poland, and Australia, you can proceed with the project.

    • The country will expand sequentially, so makers outside the country can also explore the Wadiz service in advance.

  • You need to sign up for a PingPong Payments account.
    • Through Ping-Pong Payments, manufacturers with business registrations outside of Korea can safely receive settlement payments in dollars and withdraw them conveniently in local currency.

  • If the Korean business registration is completed, the project can be opened under the same conditions as the Korean maker.

  • If you do not have a Korean business registration, you can proceed directly by sending rewards directly from overseas.
    • The fee is 15% fixed, and a basic service fee of 90,000 won will be charged separately.
