How do I cancel a wadiz ad and request a refund?

Advertisements are refundable and subject to penalties, depending on approval status and execution date cancellation request.

✅ Cancellation of Wadiz commercial before approval

If the advertisement is not approved until the final approval (the manufacturer requiring the advertising proposal service is confirmed), the manufacturer is free to cancel it directly at the advertising center.

There will be no additional penalty at this stage.

✅ Penalty and refund standard for cancellation after approval of advertisement

After the advertisement is approved, a penalty will be incurred for the advertising service fee based on the execution date, depending on the time of the cancellation request.
