✅ Cancellation of Wadiz commercial before approval
If the advertisement is not finally approved, the maker can cancel it directly at the advertising center.
At this stage, you are free to cancel the advertisement without any additional penalty.
✅ Fee accrual for cancellation after approval of advertisement
After the advertisement is approved, a penalty will be incurred for the advertising service fee based on the execution date, depending on the time of the cancellation request.

✅ How do I receive an advertisement cancellation request?
If you request to cancel the advertisement, please fill out the information below and apply through [Help Center Inquiry Registration], we will check the contents of the application and process it sequentially. Reception will be processed within the customer center operating hours, and those received at the following hours will be confirmed on the next business day.

✅ How can I get a refund for the advertising fee?
Depending on the payment method used when applying for the advertisement, it will be returned in the form of Biz Money or Post Payment.
- If you paid with Biz Money, return it to → Biz Money
- When using postpaid payment → Recovery within the applicable limits
