When it's scheduled to open
If the scheduled opening is in progress, you can check it on the Maker Studio > Scheduled Opening Status > [Notification Applicant Information] menu.
You can see nicknames (some masking), back seats on your phone, country, maker follower, and application date and time, and participant data can also be downloaded as an Excel file. However, some information is masked and provided for personal information protection.
When the opening schedule is over and the main funding begins
You can find it in the Maker Studio > Shipping/Refund Management > Download Participant Information menu.
Nicknames, e-mails, and phone numbers are partially masked and displayed, and you can also check the number of rewards, the date of participation in support signatures, and the date of participation scheduled to open.
After the project has been completed and the payment has been completed
Once the payment is complete, click Download Participant Information to view the unmasked supporter information.
