When this feature is enabled, the Reward is displayed as 'Preparing for Shipping', and the supporter's ability to request payment cancellation through MyWadiz can be temporarily restricted. For example, it can be used in the preparation process before actual shipping, such as when the Reward has already been delivered to the courier company but the tracking number has not yet been generated.

The button in Maker Studio will be displayed from the day after the final payment date (Project end date + 2 days) until before the Shipping process. After setting, the Preparing for Shipping status is maintained for 30 days for the corresponding Shipping number.

- After accessing Maker Studio, go to the [Shipping & Refund] menu.
- Select and click the Shipping number that needs to be processed as Preparing for Shipping in the supporter list.
- Click the [Process Preparing for Shipping] button.
- The corresponding Shipping item is immediately switched to the 'Preparing for Shipping' status.

- Supporters cannot request payment cancellation for Rewards to which this feature has been applied.
- After setting, the Preparing for Shipping status is maintained for 30 days for the corresponding Shipping number, and the Shipping completion process must be completed within this period.
- If the Shipping completion process is not completed within 30 days after using the feature, the Reward is automatically switched to the 'Not Shipped' status.
- If switched to the 'Not Shipped' status, supporters can request payment cancellation, so you must complete the Shipping process within the deadline.
